The Practice These Principles home group hosts an annual Campout and Recovery weekend at Hickory Run State Park in Camp Daddy Allen.
The 6th annual event will be held on July 19 - 21, 2013. We are always looking for volunteers to help.

Registration Information

Join us for an entire weekend of fun, food, meetings and fellowship as we come together and share our experience, strength, and hope.
If you attended the previous years or if you have talked to someone who attended our annual event, you already have some information on the good times we have.
However, next year our group plans on making it even better. Based on input from previous year’s attendees and experiences, we hope to make it even more
enjoyable. We have a limited number of spaces. There are only 32 cabins available. Last year we met capacity, SO PLEASE REGISTER SOON to make sure you have a
reservation.

We will also be accepting applications for those only wishing to stay for the workshops Saturday and not needing cabin space.

The Weekend Package Includes:

1. All Workshops.

2. A cabin without electric and a platform bed.

* Note: Bed padding, an air mattress, battery operated lantern and flashlights are highly recommended for comfort.

3. Thursday night volunteers will have to provide their own meals until Friday night dinner.

Meals included are Friday night dinner, Saturday's breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast. In addition there will be coffee, other
beverages and snacks available throughout the whole event.

4. Camp Daddy Allen provides us with an infirmary, shower house, dining hall, and a recreation building which have electricity. We will also have access to four lodges with fireplaces. If we can find a certified lifeguard we will have access to a swimming pool.

Price: $40.00 per person, children under 12 free. Four person cabins can be reserved for $160.00 per cabin... subject to availability.

Stay for a Day : Workshops, meals and beverages provided. $15.00 per person, children under 12 free.

Please be aware that this workshop is held at a large camping facility at a State Park. There is a fair amount of walking involved to get around the camp areas. If you have any special needs please let us know on your registration form or contact our group in the contact information section.
